Mini Burgers

I made these mini burgers for Hugo's lunch yesterday. They were delicious, I ended up having a few too!
For the burger meat, I used 400g lean beef mince, a half cup of fresh bread crumbs, a half cup of chopped onions and a tablespoon of tomato paste. I then rolled them into mini burger patties and fried in a non stick pan. I served them on a slice of toasted wholewheat bread with some basil leaves, tomato, a slice of cheese and topped with some ketchup. Hugo took everything apart on his plate, of course...
