I made Mac and cheese for dinner last night, for the whole family. My neighbor Greg came round and ended up staying on to eat with us. I think he was quite horrified to be served 'nursery food' for his supper!
Greg is an excellent amateur chef (I say amateur merely because he doesn't have the qualifications but, eating his food, one would think that he had trained professionally)
