I used up some of the left over chicken and veg mixture from the chicken sausage rolls and made them into chicken 'soccer balls'. This was so easy and both Hugo and I really found them tasty...
I took the refrigerated mixture (chicken sausage rolls), rolled it into small sized balls and coated them with toasted bread crumbs. I then placed them in an oven, preheated at 190 degrees and baked them for about half an hour, until golden brown and crunchy on the outside.
